1. Early Access & Waitlist
Joining the Menyl waitlist is free and carries no obligation. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. No charges apply during the waitlist or early access period.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Once Menyl launches paid plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until that date.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but are not eligible for pro-rata refunds for unused months unless otherwise required by law. We recommend reviewing your usage before committing to an annual plan.
5. Termination by Menyl
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued. We will provide reasonable notice where possible, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
6. Data After Cancellation
Following cancellation, your data will be retained for a period of 30 days during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
