Menyl provides an AI-driven product seeding intelligence platform that helps brands match products with recipients for marketing campaigns. The Service is currently in early access and features may change without notice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Menyl does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menyl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if Menyl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
